Best of CES: Sony Xperia Z

If there’s one smartphone that stood out among the others presented at CES 2013, that was -without a doubt- the Xperia Z.

Sony’s latest flagship phone incorporates all the expertise and technology for which the company is known for in one beautiful package, creating a mobile that is as visually striking and impressive in the use; The Xperia Z sports a 5″ 1080 x 1920p Full HD Reality Display screen with Mobile BRAVIA® Engine, a 13 Megapixels camera with Exmor RS sensors for mobile (inherited from Sony’s Cybershot) which makes of it the first cell phone capable of recording High Dynamic Range Video (HDR).

Also a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Processor is present, along with ‘One touch’ functions like music and photos sharing and wireless screen mirroring thanks to its NFC module, and the use of Music and Video Unlimited services from Sony.

But there’s more, its beauty resides in the OmniBalance design made of tempered glass in the back and front of the phone, and the ability of being a dust and water resistance phone conserving premium high-end feel and aesthetics.

The Xperia Z will be available in 2 colors: black and white, and is expected to be released globally during the first quarter of the year.
